Breading Operator (2ND Shift Breading)
Job description
BREADING OPERATOR (2ND SHIFT BREADING) Know and understand the breader/breading machines operation. Know and understand the proper breading flour to use for each product as per customer specifications. Know and understand the proper procedure for dumping bags of flour / breading. Be able to lift and dump bags of flour / breading (up to 50 pounds each). Monitor the breading process to insure product is properly coated.
