Arby’s Assistant Manager

Job Title: Arby’s Assistant Manager Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Assistant Manager at Arby’s is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. This includes leading the team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive work environment.

The Assistant Manager helps drive profitability while upholding Freddy’s standards for quality, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a positive guest experience by handling customer concerns and maintaining service standards. Operational Efficiency: Oversee food preparation, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage shift operations.

Sales & Profitability: Assist in controlling labor costs, inventory, and waste to maximize profitability. Staff Scheduling & Training: Help manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing and assist in employee training and development. Cash & Inventory Management: Handle cash, process transactions accurately, and assist in inventory control.

Restaurant Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing health and sanitation policies. Assist with Hiring & Retention: Support the General Manager in recruiting and retaining team members.

Qualifications

& Skills: Previous restaurant or management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic math and financial management skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
