Midlevel Litigation Associate | Am. Law 100 | Dallas | $365k–$420k We’re running a confidential search for our Am. Law 100 client. The Dallas team handles high-stakes commercial disputes with a steady docket, national resources, and meaningful courtroom exposure.

Role Summary

Research and draft motions and briefs Manage discovery end to end Prepare for and support hearings and trial; opportunities to take/defend depos and argue motions Day-to-day case and client management Mix of matters: energy and oil & gas, fiduciary disputes, employment, privacy, antitrust, and securities Candidate Profile JD class years 2018–2020 from a recognized program Strong writing and advocacy in state and federal court Clerkship a plus (district or appellate) Deposition, hearing, and trial experience helpful Organized, proactive, and comfortable running workstreams with partner oversight Why This Role Platform: national trial bench, cross-office collaboration, and sophisticated commercial work Growth: clear runway for courtroom reps and increasing responsibility with direct partner mentorship Compensation: $365,000–$420,000 base plus discretionary performance bonus Benefits: healthcare, retirement, paid time off (including sick and vacation), parental leave, basic life insurance, FSAs Location Dallas Confidential Inquiry Click below to SCHEDULE A CALL or use the "I'm Interested" button to send us your information confidentially:
