Crew Member The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high quality and customers they serve are satisfied. The Crew Member receives direction from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to effectively perform their job.

Crew Members will practice the established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders. All Crew Members must be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations and be able to work at different stations at any given time. The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands so please discuss the job responsibilities with the Owner and/or his/her designee.

The hiring manager will review the essential job functions, which are normally defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that will affect the success of the restaurant.

Pay: $10 per hour

Requirements

Essential Job Functions and Motions: This is not a comprehensive list of all required job functions.; Must be able to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service, and cleanliness.; Must have mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant.; Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

; Must be able to to withstand 90 degree+ heat in the summer and below freezing in the winter.; Must be able to work with a 500 degree+ oven; Must be able to follow directions and communicate (ie speaking, reading, hearing, and writing) with customers, crew, and management.; The ability to process and complete customer orders, including counting money and processing credit card transactions properly; The ability to lift, push and pull up to 55 lbs.

; The ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.; The ability to lift arms above head, bend arms to your shoulders, bending the back up to a minimum of 90 degrees, and twisting the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
