Position Summary

Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Maintenance Technician for The Communities of River Crossing in St. Paul. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and takes pride in keeping a high-end multi-family community in top shape.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare vacant apartments to a "market-ready" condition with high attention to detail. Service Excellence: Respond to resident service requests (plumbing, electrical, carpentry) in a prompt and professional manner. Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintain logs for all mechanical systems, including HVAC and water heaters.

Site Upkeep: Maintain beautiful curb appeal by keeping grounds and common areas free of debris. Compliance: Ensure all work meets Fair Housing Policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years in multi-family housing or the Hospitality industry. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Certifications: CPO and EPA Universal certifications required. Tools: Must provide your own basic hand tools. Software: Experience with Yardi and Tax Credit/Market-rate communities is a plus.

Education
