Pay: $ $36.00-$58.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 Registered Nurse Opportunity: Full-time, temp-to-perm position Schedule: Option of working 4, 10 hour shifts, or 5, 8 hour shifts Provide individualized in-home palliative care to patients with serious, chronic, or life-limiting conditions, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Independently coordinate and manage daily patient visits based on individual care needs, geographic location, and program requirements while maintaining flexibility and efficient time management.
