Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00/annually Eye Clinic Manager Opportunity: Full-time, direct hire position Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift Setting: Outpatient and Surgical The Eye Clinic Manager will play a crucial role in the efficacy of the clinic by fostering communication between providers, staff employees, and administration, monitoring and developing budgets for employee growth and retention, and overseeing the revenue cycle of current production initiatives Collaborate with leadership to develop provider sourcing, onboarding, and performance strategies.
