LOCATION: In-Office and Facility-Based (Assigned Sites)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide direct behavioral health services in a full-time, in-office and facility-based role. This position supports outpatient and site-based clinical programming while working under board-appropriate supervision toward independent licensure in Louisiana. The clinician will collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, client-centered care consistent with Louisiana professional standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide therapeutic services consistent with individualized treatment plans

• Deliver services in-office and at assigned facility locations

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Louisiana practice standards

• Participate in required clinical supervision with a qualified LPC-S, LCSW-BACS, or other board-approved supervisor

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support coordinated care

• Follow all ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards

• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

SCHEDULING AND HOURS

• This is a full-time position scheduled based on clinic and facility needs

• Services are provided during standard business hours with flexibility based on program demand

• Work assignments may include rotating facility coverage

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• Active Louisiana provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain

• Commitment to progressing toward independent clinical licensure

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

• Hourly rate: $23-$28 per hour (DOE)
