Mortgage Loan Officer

Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer in our Mason City Downtown Office. This position is ideal for the career-focused, self-starter with dedication to succeed and a proven track record in Real Estate Mortgage origination. The ideal candidate is community-focused, skilled in asking the right questions, problem-solving, with high-levels of personal accountability and integrity.

The Mortgage Loan Officer will join this successful team and enjoy the benefits of a centralized processing support team, and the built-in referral source of a full-service bank involved in three North Iowa communities.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, or equivalent work experience A minimum of 5 years of experience with a focus on residential mortgage origination is preferred Previous sales or business development experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills are required Must possess current MLO license in good standing or be willing to obtain Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.

e.
