• AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting our financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives and enhance the bank's market presence.

Responsibilities

:- Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential customers within the assigned territory. Promote and sell the bank’s financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the sales process. Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer trust and loyalty. Skill :- Financial Product Knowledge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Sales Strategy Development Market Research and Analysis Negotiation Skills Communication and Presentation Target Achievement Regulatory Compliance Lead Generation Customer Service Excellence Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the financial services sector, preferably in banking. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong understanding of banking products, financial regulations, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
