Sub School Nurse (District Wide)

Job Title : Sub School Nurse Location : Varies Job Responsibilities : Implement individual student health plans as submitted by physicians. Promote daily student health at the school and district level. Assess students for illness and accidents as needed. Cooperate with families to encourage and promote good health practices.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements : TN Nursing License, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Experience with children in the medical field.
