About the Role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Part-Time Family Resource Specialist to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, and achieve stability. The qualified Family Resource Specialist will have: Bachelors Degree required Experience working with children, youth, and/or families in a variety of settings or environments.

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle. Pass current, applicable clearances. Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends. The qualified Family Resource Specialist will: Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.

Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches. Assist families in accessing and navigating community resources. Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required. Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary. JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
