Facility Manager

The Facility Manager Employed by Gulf Corp Services, the Association’s management company, and directs all technical repair and maintenance activity at the property. The Facility Manager leads a team of maintenance technicians and custodial staff, and coordinates third-party contractors for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, elevators, pools, amenities and all common equipment.

The Facility Manager ensures preventive maintenance is executed, repairs are completed promptly and competently, and the property is maintained to the standard expected by the Association, its Board, owners, and guests.
