HSKP Operations Manager

The Operations Manager (Housekeeping) is responsible for leading and supervising Housekeeping Managers (HKMs), ensuring they are held accountable for maintaining high-quality housekeeping standards, unit cleanliness, and efficient operations across assigned building portfolios. The OM-HK oversees accurate reporting, payroll, staffing, and employee satisfaction for the Housekeeping team, and partners closely with the Operations Manager (Property Care) and Property Managers to ensure unit readiness and owner/guest satisfaction
