Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Waterbury, CT

Universa. Care is hiring a personal care assistant to provide care to clients in their own homes in Waterbury and Litchfield County. This is a field position: you’ll travel to clients’ homes, not work in an office. Hiring, onboarding and support are handled by our Universa. Care of Central Connecticut office at 534 Frost Road, 2nd Floor, Waterbury, CT 06705.

Pay: $16.94 to $25 per hour. Schedule: Part-time and full-time. What you’ll do Help clients at home with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility Prepare meals and do light housekeeping and laundry Run errands and go with clients to appointments Follow each client’s care plan and report changes to the office What you need Caregiving experience is preferred Eligibility to work in the United States Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role Benefits Weekly pay An easy-to-use app to clock in and out 401(k) retirement plan Referral bonus: earn $250 for each caregiver you refer once they complete their first 100 hours Tuition assistance after 2,500 hours worked with Universa.
