Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Multifamily Start-Up & Warranty Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on the start-up, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems in multifamily properties, along with diagnosing and resolving warranty-related service issues across various locations throughout Florida.

The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, a solid understanding of duct systems, and is comfortable working on residential and light commercial equipment. You should be highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with basic HVAC codes and standards, and the ability to confidently use technology (smartphones, tablets, Microsoft programs, and dispatching systems) are essential.

Basic computing skills and ability to use a computer, laptop, or tablet.
