Dietary/Culinary Server (On Call) - Elk River Senior Living

Elk River Senior Living , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Dietary/Culinary Server to join our growing team! At Elk River Senior Living, we're redefining senior living in Elk River, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous, apartment-style community, providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Shifts Available: On-call (Must work a minimum of 4 shifts or 30 hours every 30 days, 4 of those shifts - 2 on weekends (does not need to be executed days) Wage: $15.50 - $20.50 Are you compassionate towards others? Our Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.

Duties include: Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food. Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable. Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately. Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a senior living setting is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
