Job Description – Staff Nurse Job Title: Staff Nurse Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing Salary: ₹28,000–₹60,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide quality patient care, monitor patients' health, administer medications, and assist doctors in delivering effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and support to patients as per medical protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the treating doctor. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and patient safety. Educate patients and their families about care instructions and recovery. Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution. Relevant nursing experience preferred; freshers may apply if eligible. Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council. Good communication and patient-care skills. Knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety.

Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, as required.
