Job Title: Field Recruiter We are hiring Field Recruiters / Mobilizers who can do blue-collar bulk hiring for roles like: Loader, Packer, Picker, Sorter, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, ITI Profiles. Key Responsibility:

• Field recruitment mandatory
• Mist be able to Source candidates from villages, panchayats, institutes, local areas . Must have done blue collar hiring, bulk hiring, warehouse hiring Eligibility:
• Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
• Experience: 6months- 4years , Experienced in blue-collar hiring
• Bike: Mandatory
• Gender: Male / Female both can apply ? Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹23,000 per month Requirements Mandate Details: Job Location
• Howrah District Mainly for Ranihati, Dhulagarh, Uluberia, Bally. Designation
• Mobilizor/Recruiter Experience holder should have blue collar hiring knowledge. Must have done hiring for Packer, Picker, Sorter, Loader, Un-Loader, Data Entry Operator, ITI Profiles Bike
• Mandatory Qualification
• Minimum 10th passed Salary - 14k to 23k. Gender
• Male/Female Field Visit(Mandatory)
• Source candidates from villages/Panchayet/Institutes etc.
