Maintenance Tech, Temporary 2nd shift

Schedule : Temporary role | Full-time, 40 hours a week | Monday

• Friday | 2:30pm-11:00pm Department: EVS | Porter Hills Village | Grand Rapids, MI What You’ll Do: The Maintenance Technician will assist in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc. Conduct cleaning and upkeep of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other infrastructure. Coordinates daily Maintenance services with department involved when performing routine assignments Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, air conditioning, pneumatic building ventilation controls, as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, required. Computer experience, required. High school diploma. Valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license, required.
