You'll brighten the lives of older adults by delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful connections. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of dining services, including household cooking, kitchen assistance, and related activities, all while fostering a warm, welcoming environment. Create an enjoyable dining experience, serving residents and their guests. Assists with serving resident meals, snacks, and nourishments. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining, and service area. Prepare food for household meals and snacks that are healthy and appetizing. Plans and facilitates activities for residents involve food preparation or other activities specific to the kitchen. Experience as a server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults, preferred. Certification in Food Handling, desired. Experience in commercial food preparation and services, desired. Certification in Dining Assistant or CNA, desired. Ability to lift 35 pounds.
