Independent Contractor Terms This is a 1099 position , not employment Contractor maintains full control over performance style and delivery Contractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and licenses (if applicable) Contractor provides their own equipment unless otherwise agreed No employee benefits are provided Payment terms and rates are agreed upon prior to each booking Performance Expectations Performances should enhance the Belmont Brew House atmosphere: fun, welcoming, and community-driven Content must be appropriate for a mixed audience unless otherwise specified Volume levels should allow for guest conversation when appropriate Salary $100 - $250 per day
