Banking Operations Manager. Conduent is looking for an experienced Banking Operations Manager to lead operations supporting PNC Bank. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing service delivery, operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day banking operations and leadership team. Serve as the primary operational contact for the client. Manage client expectations, governance meetings, and escalations. Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and compliance requirements. Oversee workforce planning, operational risks, and performance improvement plans.

Develop managers and supervisors while promoting accountability and employee engagement. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Candidate Requirements: 8 to 10 years of banking experience is required. Proven experience leading large-scale operations and multiple workstreams. Strong client-facing and relationship-management experience.

Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and operational risk. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in banking operations such as fraud, disputes, payments, AML/KYC, account maintenance, or transaction processing is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
