Fulfilled by Shopee - Seller Management Lead

Own the seller acquisition and onboarding funnel, from seller interest to first inbound and go-live. Design acquisition strategy, prioritisation and growth plan for one of our fastest growing businesses! Work with Relationship Managers and category teams to improve seller education, pitch quality, and conversion. Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Product teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve seller experience.

Monitor seller performance across key metrics such as ADO, SKU coverage, OOS, inbound compliance, cancellations, late fulfillment, and returns. Identify seller pain points and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve FBS processes, policies, and tools. Prepare regular business updates, performance reviews, and management reports.

Lead and develop a team responsible for seller acquisition, onboarding, and account management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred. 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, account management, operations, logistics, or commercial strategy.

Strong commercial judgment and experience managing seller, merchant, brand, or partner relationships. Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to diagnose issues, track funnels, and drive decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams.

People management experience is preferred. Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or marketplace operations is a strong advantage.
