Senior NetSuite Finance Consultant

Position Title: Senior Net. Suite Finance Consultant Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / UK time Role Overview: The Senior Net. Suite Finance Consultant will provide senior functional expertise across Oracle Net. Suite Finance, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C), Salesforce/CPQ integration, billing, and revenue recognition.

Approximately 80% of the role will focus on O2C and related commercial integrations, with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) as a secondary area. The successful candidate will work across Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, and external partners to design, support, and improve scalable Net. Suite solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Own and support Net.

Suite Order-to-Cash processes, including: Sales Orders Billing Schedules Invoicing Accounts Receivable Customer payments Credit memos Revenue Recognition Advanced Revenue Management Support and improve integrations between Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and Net. Suite. Understand the end-to-end process from: Salesforce / CPQ → Sales Order → Billing → Revenue Recognition → Invoice → Cash.

Work with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and technical teams to ensure accurate flow of customer, product, pricing, contract, billing, and revenue data. Investigate and resolve issues related to Salesforce/CPQ and Net. Suite integrations. Support complex billing requirements, including recurring billing, billing schedules, milestone billing, and subscription-based models.

Provide strong functional expertise in Net. Suite Advanced Revenue Management and revenue recognition. Support Procure-to-Pay processes as a secondary responsibility, including: Purchase Orders Vendor Bills Vendor Payments Vendor Credits Approval workflows Procurement integrations Provide functional support across wider Net.

Suite Finance modules, including: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Record-to-Report Intercompany Multi-currency One. World / Multi-subsidiary Fixed Assets Amortization Month-end and period close Translate business and Finance requirements into scalable Net. Suite solutions. Support configuration, enhancements, testing, UAT, releases, and production issue resolution.

Work closely with Net. Suite developers and integration teams on functional and technical requirements. Perform root-cause analysis and drive issues through to resolution. What You’ll Need: At least 5 years of strong hands-on Net. Suite Finance experience. Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash. Strong experience with Salesforce and/or CPQ integrations with Net.

Suite. Strong knowledge of: Sales Orders Billing Schedules Accounts Receivable Revenue Recognition Advanced Revenue Management Good understanding of complex billing and subscription-based business models. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay. Broad knowledge of Net. Suite Finance modules and accounting processes. Experience working with Net.

Suite One. World and multi-entity environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively across Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and external partners. * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Suite Suite. Script and customization concepts. Experience with Suite. Flow / Net. Suite workflows. Understanding of Net. Suite APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integration architecture. Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, Mule. Soft, or similar. Experience with Coupa, Payhawk, Concur, or similar finance and procurement systems.

Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue businesses. Net.
