Senior Full-Stack Engineer (LATAM)

About the Role

This is a contractor position through X-Team. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Founding Ecosystem & Integrations, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling the connection framework that links core web platforms with complex enterprise systems. Working within a fast-paced, high-ownership 0-to-1 environment, you will take one-off integration requests—such as CRM form deliveries or enterprise SAML logins—and transform them into production-grade Next.

js and React reference implementations, reusable connectors, developer docs, and AI skills. This is an opportunity to own the integration ecosystem end-to-end, making critical architectural decisions for enterprise clients across universities, healthcare networks, and cultural institutions. Most Important Next.js & React Mastery: Proven production track record building modern web applications with Next.

js, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript. Integration & Auth Depth: Extensive experience integrating third-party systems via REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and implementing enterprise authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML). 0-to-1 Autonomy: Proven comfort establishing engineering processes, standards, and architectures from scratch in unstructured environments with minimal hand-holding.

Technical Writing & Dev. Rel: Exceptional written English skills with the capability to author self-serve, external-facing developer documentation, guides, and SDKs.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with identity providers like Auth0, Okta, WorkOS, or Shibboleth (especially within higher education and healthcare). Commerce & Payments: Experience integrating headless commerce platforms or payment processors (Shopify, Big. Commerce, Stripe). Founding & Dev. Rel Experience: Background in Developer Relations, Technical Writing, or operating as an early-stage startup founding engineer.
