Accounts Payable Clerk

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Match invoices and packing slips Enter AP invoices to be paid Code manual invoices Investigate and resolve problem invoices and packing slips Complete paperwork to setup new Vendors Assist Payables manager with Month End accruals Scan and load all invoices and support into system Back-up receptionist during breaks Perform other duties as requested QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma/GED or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position Must be HIGHLY detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint , etc. Must display strong verbal and written communication skills Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Compensation is based on past job history, knowledge and experience.
