Day to Day Logistics Operations

• Shipping, Packaging, Documentation, Route planning, Reports & Compliance tracking etc.
• Preparing and presenting MIS and Dash board for monthly reviews.
• SAP operations for DN, Shipment, Inventory and Rejection handling.
• To ensure secondary distribution in the branch territory maintaining service levels at optimum cost.
• Stakeholder management for smooth operations and improvements across all angles of operations
• Optimizing Inbound & Outbound Delivery
• Drive Distribution Network Redesign, Logistics Excellence & Related projects in Delivery Transportation & Downstream warehouse operations.
• Entering in the system about the entry of truck Timeliness / Accuracy Receiving loading slip after loading & check the scanned paper with loading slip
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ensuring daily updation of truck in & out i.e. do a proper time study of the truck Timeliness / Accuracy 5S
• Coordinate and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times
• Analyse logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
