Workers' Compensation Claims Associate

In this role, you'll play a key part in managing claim details and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Metis/Risk Management Programs is a Roanoke-owned and operated company that provides third-party administrative services for self-insurance risk pools, along with operational support and other innovative solutions for Metis subsidiaries.

What You'll Do

Conduct investigations and assessments to determine claim compensability. Work closely with injured workers to guide them through the claims process. Collect, review, and maintain proper documentation and records. This is not a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this job. Minimum Qualifications
