Complex Claims Analyst

Metis is searching for a Complex Claims Analyst to join our Team! What You'll Do

Assists with the intake, setup, and maintenance of complex claims files. Reviews, analyzes, and distills information from notices of claims and supporting documentation for entry into RiskMaster, and for initial response to the reporting party. Reviews all first-report documentation for initial determination of claim handling.

Prepares routine correspondence and coverage letters for review by Legal Counsel. Please note this is not a comprehensive list of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this job. Activities, duties, or responsibilities may change at any time.

Minimum Qualifications

College degree required. In-office five (5) days a week required. Experience in insurance claims, legal administration, or related support role preferred. Experience in and/or exposure to large casualty claims preferred.

Expected hiring salary range is $21.50 to $30.00 hourly. Actual offer will be based on a variety of factors including qualifications, credentials, education, and experience. Metis is a tobacco-free workplace
