VNA Care: Home Health RN Case Manager (Full-Time) Join VNA Care's mission-driven team serving patients in the Leominster, Princeton and Sterling Area. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 40 hours from 8a-4:30p. Salary range: $93,000 - $125,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules. Perks & Benefits (Day 1 start): Medical, dental, vision, supplemental plans, 3 weeks PTO, 6 holidays, and 6 floating holidays to use whenever you choose, bi-weekly pay with mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task. Good standing MA RN License 1 year of med/surg experience; 1 year of acute care experience helpful Willingness to travel within a territory.
