Responsibilities include

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Monitor and manage critically ill patients using advanced monitoring equipment and technology Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders and critical care protocols Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and coordinate patient care plans Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Advocate for patients and support families during challenging healthcare experiences Qualifications Required Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Red Cross BLS certification Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or Red Cross ALS certification Preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification One year of ICU or acute care nursing experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to collaborate effectively with all members of the healthcare team Physical stamina and emotional resilience to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment Compensation & Incentives Compensation Hourly Range: $31.

25 - $46.88 Shift Incentives Eligible for evening, night, and weekend shift incentives based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
