• Strut Summary: The customer service representative will work with clients quoting opportunities, processing orders from PO receipt through product delivery, and providing information about products/services purchased from Gregory Construction Products Division. Job Core Responsibilities: Process customer orders. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through responsive service, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through. Coordinate with Inside Sales Manager and Production Department for delivery deadlines. Issue credit memos. Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database. Track stock levels and advise both Product Managers and Inside Sales Manager of product needs. Coordinate scheduling of deliveries with department team members and trucking companies. Participate in inventory control, production requirements and team planning meetings. Develop product knowledge. Match RMA’s and return of products. Skills: Excellent communication and language skills Organized and critical reasoning ability. Interpersonal skills. Familiarity with standard Windows software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Preferred Experience using ERP systems. Experience: Minimum 2 years.
