Associate

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as an Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, helping us identify and attract top talent to drive our company's growth. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, working closely with our experienced recruiters and hiring managers.

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews for suitable candidates. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates. Maintain accurate records and update our applicant tracking system regularly.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process. Attend career fairs and networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool. Provide excellent candidate experience by maintaining open and timely communication.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. HSC or equivalent qualification is mandatory. Average communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Maximum age of 36 years. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for recruitment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role is an asset but not mandatory.
