Regular Schedule: 35 hours per week A full-time, non-merit, Assistant State's Attorney I vacancy exists in the State's Attorney's Office for Baltimore County, Criminal Prosecution Division. Non-Merit positions are not classified within the Baltimore County Government Classification and Compensation Plan.
