Hotel Woolstore 1888 – Handwritten Collection is looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences across our vibrant food and beverage operation. Part of the renowned Accor group, Hotel Woolstore 1888 combines the character of a historic wool store with contemporary design, industrial-chic interiors and modern pop art.

Located in the heart of Pyrmont, just moments from Darling Harbour, our hotel features 90 beautifully designed guestrooms, a multi-award-winning neighbourhood restaurant and bar, and versatile spaces for meetings and events. At the heart of our food and beverage offering is PERCY, Pyrmont’s lively Spanish tapas and wine bar.

With its energetic atmosphere and focus on great food, wine and service, PERCY is a fantastic environment for a hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their career. We’re looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to take an active role in the day-to-day operation of PERCY. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards and create an engaging experience for every guest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the floor and developing their skills within a global hotel group. What you’ll do: Oversee daily food and beverage operations and ensure consistently high service standards. Lead, support and motivate the team to deliver warm and memorable guest experiences.

Take an active role during dinner service, with strong front-of-house and bar skills. Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Assist with team training, onboarding, rostering and other operational requirements. Work collaboratively across hotel departments and support different areas of the operation when required.

Manage guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly and effectively. What we’re looking for: Previous food and beverage supervisory or leadership experience, preferably within a hotel, restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment. Good knowledge of hotel operations and an understanding of how different departments work together.

Strong front-of-house and bar service skills, with confidence during busy dinner service. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food, beverage and guest experiences. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
