Job Title: Senior CNC Machinist/Programmer

Set up and operate CNC machines. Read complex blueprints and job orders for specifications, dimensions, and tolerances. Select tooling, fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, and machining sequences. Design and build fixtures and holding devices. Set up fixturing for production runs. Verify conformance of machined parts to specifications. Determine materials, machining methods, and sequence of operations. Complete required paperwork and production documentation. Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications

Strong Mastercam programming experience required. 6-10 years of CAM and CNC programming experience. Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong understanding of tooling, fixturing, machining practices, and quality requirements.

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Working Environment Our facility is clean, well-lit, air-conditioned, and safety focused. Pay Range
