Bilingual in Spanish is preferred As a Financial Advisor , you'll serve as a trusted resource for members seeking guidance on investments, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, insurance solutions, and overall financial wellness. Provide investment advisory services, retirement income planning, insurance solutions, and wealth management strategies. Build and maintain long-term member relationships through proactive outreach, ongoing reviews, and exceptional service. Grow your practice through branch referrals, internal partnerships, and business development activities.

Collaborate with branch leaders and team members to identify opportunities and educate members on investment services. Conduct meetings in person, over the phone, and virtually provide convenient, high-quality member experiences. Stay informed on market trends, investment strategies, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, insurance, Raymond James, and Mission Fed requirements.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, investments, brokerage, banking, or related financial services. Proven success developing client relationships and growing business through consultative financial planning. Experience delivering comprehensive financial solutions tailored to client goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a bank, credit union, or retail investment environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or a related field.
