You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching, and developing Brand Ambassadors across the territory Managing retail marketing, event marketing, and RSVP Dinner programs Driving lead generation performance and marketing production goals Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training top talent Monitoring key performance metrics including appointments, leads, conversion rates, and ROI Providing field coaching to improve customer engagement and appointment-setting performance Ensuring events, retail locations, and marketing programs are properly staffed and executed Building relationships with retail partners, event organizers, and community organizations Partnering with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies Creating a culture of accountability, recognition, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated leader with experience managing field teams and driving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications
