We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalable, best-practice solutions across modules.

Key Responsibilities

Own the technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades. Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM as required. Lead requirement workshops with clients and convert business needs into platform designs. Define coding standards, governance, instance strategy and best practices.

Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and third-party tools. Oversee CMDB design, Discovery and Service Mapping. Guide and review the work of developers; support estimation and pre-sales activities. Plan platform upgrades, performance tuning and instance health checks.

Required Skills

5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years as a technical or solution architect. Deep knowledge of ITSM and at least one other module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM). Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies. Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal and Workspace.

Strong understanding of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Good to Have: ServiceNow CTA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM) and CSA certifications. Experience with Now Assist / Generative AI features and App Engine. Exposure to ITIL v4 processes and agile delivery.
