Financial Services Officer Floater

The Financial Service Officer (FSO) Floater travels to various branch locations as directed and delivers a high level of member service by building strong relationships and providing comprehensive financial solutions that meet member and employee needs. This role is responsible for assisting members with a wide range of financial transactions and services, including deposit accounts, consumer loans, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), commercial accounts, certificates, fraud education and resolution, and other credit union products and services.

The FSO serves as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to improve members' financial well-being, support credit union growth, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
