They manage food prep, maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary station, handle special guest requests, and monitor waste. Key duties include operating kitchen equipment and collaborating with team members to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present food items to order using grills, fryers, and ovens, following exact recipes. Brand Standards & Quality: Ensure all food meets Denny's quality, portion, and temperature standards. Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and health regulations.

Operational Support: Prep ingredients, manage inventory levels (par levels), and clean equipment. Guest Focus: Fulfill special requests and ensure all food is plated efficiently and correctly Requirements Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Skills: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings/nights. Training: Completion of required training and food safety certifications. Physical Requirements Extensive standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Working in varying temperatures (hot grill, cold coolers).
