We are seeking a results-oriented Talent Partner to help identify and attract exceptional analytical talent across Latin America and the broader Americas. In this remote role, you will focus on strategic headhunting, engaging high-potential professionals who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.

You will build long-term relationships with candidates from leading consulting firms and professional services organizations, developing a strong regional talent network. Using modern sourcing tools and AI-powered recruitment technology, you will streamline hiring administration and focus on meaningful candidate engagement.
