Factory Worker

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting the production process and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in setting up and tearing down machines. Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to the immediate superior. Assist in loading raw materials into machines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines and equipment. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Perform other related activities required by the management in the conduct of its business. Job Specifications: At least two (2) years of college education or a graduate of college or vocational program. Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing industry. Knowledgeable in basic documentation procedures.
