Junior HR Business Partner | Luxury Health & Fitness Club | Gauteng North Salary: R45,000 – R50,000 per month (DOE) Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and people-focused Junior HR Business Partner to join a luxury health and fitness club in Gauteng North. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a strong operational background who is passionate about supporting managers, driving employee engagement and ensuring best-practice HR processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration Support performance management and employee development initiatives Provide guidance on company policies, procedures and employment legislation Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes Coordinate learning and development initiatives Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports Support succession planning and talent management initiatives Ensure HR records and employee information are maintained accurately and confidentially Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement Requirements Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices Experience handling employee relations and performance management processes Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Strong organisational and administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Salary: R45,000 – R50,000 per month (DOE) Based in Gauteng North If you do not hear from us within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
