ACG_3767_JOB Our client, a fast-growing manufacturing company, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Coordinate and maintain project plans to ensure all project activities comply with defined requirements, including material readiness, delivery schedules, and cost control. Provide direct support to customers throughout project execution, including FAT activities, official correspondence, and other project-related coordination.

Handle project administration and maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized project documentation. Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to approved budgets. Support project evaluations, performance reviews, and results measurement to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or another relevant technical discipline. Previous experience in project management or project coordination is considered an advantage. Good command of English or Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment. Solid understanding of project management principles, ISO standards, and electrical equipment.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and logical problem-solving skills. Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
