Maintenance Lead

The Maintenance Lead will oversee the Preventative Maintenance Program and to ensure that equipment is available when needed for operations all while developing and maintaining partnerships with vendors. The Maintenance Lead will lead the Maintenance Team in equipment repair and improvement activities throughout the facility by coordinating with production leads and supervisors to appropriately plan for equipment down time.

The Lead will also oversee technicians in their daily work activities and assigns tasks via the PM Program to ensure service calls are responded to within 30 minutes. The lead will ensure the team maintains an organized work area to ensure all technicians work in a safe manner, have the right tools and continue to Make it Better each and every day.
