Hiring Bidder (Web Development) for a Reputed/MNC company located at Mohali Requirements We are looking for an experienced Bidder – Web Development who has strong exposure to selling technology and web development services to international and domestic clients. Key Responsibilities:- Identify relevant Web Development projects on Upwork.

Prepare customized and compelling proposals. Handle client communication through Upwork. Understand requirements for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom development and other web technologies. Coordinate with technical teams to understand project feasibility and prepare proposals. Follow up with potential clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Research client profiles and project history before submitting proposals. Maintain records of bids, responses, interviews and conversions. Generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth through Upwork.
