This role is about more than filling a calendar. It’s about helping residents stay connected, active, social, curious, and involved in the community around them. View, you’ll help plan and lead engaging experiences that support residents’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. You’ll: Lead group activities, games, social events, and recreational programs Encourage resident participation and help everyone feel welcome Get to know residents’ interests, preferences, and abilities Help tailor activities to different levels of mobility and cognition Work with care and clinical staff to support resident needs Assist with special events, celebrations, and community programs Track participation and gather resident feedback Help introduce new ideas and activities to keep programming fresh Maintain a cheerful, professional, and respectful environment What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, creativity, and reliability.

Required: Experience working with seniors in assisted living, long-term care, healthcare, or a similar setting Strong communication skills Ability to connect with residents in a respectful and positive way Professionalism, integrity, and dependability A cheerful, patient, and encouraging attitude Preferred: Experience leading group activities or recreational programs Recreational therapy, healthcare, or social services experience Training or certification in activities, recreation, or a related field Knowledge of senior living programming and resident engagement Why Green.
