Job description
Account Manager $75,000 - $85,000 per year Commission Eligible The Account Manager role is responsible for developing and expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning Ricoh solutions to support customers' strategic goals. In this position, you will work closely with decision-makers and influencers to understand customer environments, uncover business challenges, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
Success in this role requires strong business development skills, consultative selling abilities, and the confidence to present solutions that help customers transform their digital workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and expand existing customer relationships. Identify opportunities within assigned accounts to increase market share. Understand customer business needs and challenges through research and consultative conversations. Position Ricoh solutions by connecting customer objectives with business outcomes.
Deliver compelling presentations and business recommendations both virtually and in person. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Collaborate across teams to develop and implement customer-focused solutions. Maintain strong knowledge of Ricoh products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience. Experience within IT, software services, or technology-related environments preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze customer needs and manage multiple accounts effectively.

A customer-first approach with a focus on delivering measurable results. Travel: Approximately 20%, including occasional overnight travel.
